The team who can make the most throws around the post is the winner. Another option is to have players stand behind the throwing line and try to throw the hoop around the post to win a prize.
Catch the Bandit. Catch the Bandit is played by lining up players in a row facing in the opposite direction so one child races one way while the player next to them faces another way. Each child is given a number. If there are seven players then each child receives a number 1-6. The bandit walks around the line continuously with a sack full of gold (use gold foil cover candies). The party host calls out a number, and the child with that number must breaks from the line and chases the bandit down before the bandit can reach the place the child left. If the bandit makes it back without being tagged that child receives no gold. If the bandit is tagged, that child receives one gold piece. When all the gold pieces have been collected then the game is over. The winner of the game is the guest that collects the most gold pieces.
